The Council on Employee Benefits has a proud tradition of serving its members for more than 70 years. Our members are typically large employers with at least 2,000 employees in the US but we recognize the significant contributions smaller employers are making to the ever-changing benefits landscape. Our members span all industries and have a common belief that every benefits professional can contribute to learning from and helping each other to better improve individually and as a profession. All of this is achieved through timely and robust sharing of strategic ideas and tactical experiences with fellow members in settings designed to facilitate open dialogue.
