The CEB group room rate is $289 per night, plus taxes. The reduced resort fee has been negotiated into the room and covers housekeeping gratuities, bellman gratuities for arrivals and departures, along with daily admission to the Biltmore Fitness Center. In addition, the group room rate will be available two days prior and two days after our event, subject to availability by the hotel. Please note: If you book your reservation using the online reservation link, a refundable deposit of one night stay (room and tax) will be automatically collected upon making your reservation. Booking through the hotel reservations department by phone or email will simply require a credit card hold.
Please note that we have reserved a block of rooms at the special group rate, and they will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. The cut-off date for group reservations is April 10, 2023. Reservations after this date will be made based on the hotel’s availability.
Hotel Cancellation
To avoid room and tax charges, hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
