As the Executive Director for the Council on Employee Benefits (CEB), Leah Reynolds is responsible for guiding the organization, working with the Board of Trustees, member company contributors, and consulting partners to consistently deliver the CEB experience. Prior to joining CEB in 2024, Leah worked for more than 30 years in the HR and benefits consulting industry where she was recognized for her creative vision, collaborative spirit, and contagious energy. Leah is honored to work with CEB, continuing to deliver on the organization’s 79-year legacy while adapting to the ever-shifting world of employee benefits.

Leah is a mom to five wonderful children and “Mimi” to four grandchildren. She and her husband, Gray, live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where their home is run by an orange feline named Charlie. Their family is super blended—three University of Michigan grads and two Michigan State grads!
